About This Role
- Design and build conversational chatbots tailored to multiple platforms including websites, Facebook Messenger, and voice assistant devices like Amazon Alexa and Google Home.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new chatbot solutions meeting customer requirements.
- Manage production support issues and ensure timely completion of development tasks within estimates.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (B.Tech/BE/ME/MTech).
- More than 2 years of proven software development experience.
- At least 6 months experience specifically in chatbot development or related AI, machine learning, or NLP technologies.
- Experience with API management solutions, third-party libraries, and working knowledge of mobile architecture and technologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end development lifecycle of enterprise applications including strong object-oriented design and data structures knowledge.
- Comfortable working across multiple conversational platforms, including text and voice-based interfaces.
- Able to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into functional chatbot solutions.
