About This Role
- Manage and maintain AlphaSense's entity master and reference datasets ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Integrate and link data from multiple external vendors with internal records to maintain database consistency.
- Run daily data quality checks, resolve quarantined entity issues, and address client-reported problems using internal tools.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 0-4 years of data entry and/or data maintenance experience.
- Must be able to work late shifts to support U.S. team hours.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills; strong attention to detail; proficiency with Google Suite and superior Excel skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience with financial information/data and analyst workflows preferred.
- Ability to follow structured workflows for data validation and resolution, and effectively collaborate with product and engineering teams.
- Comfortable adapting quickly, managing structured data processes, and working within predefined operational procedures.
