About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP BASIS, infrastructure, Solution Manager, and BTP services ensuring system stability, security, scalability, and alignment with business needs.
- Manage SAP technical operations including installations, upgrades, performance monitoring, roles and authorizations, and incident resolution across development, test, and production environments.
- Build and lead high-performing teams, collaborate with stakeholders, oversee vendor management, and ensure delivery aligns with service levels and compliance requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years experience managing and implementing large-scale SAP projects, specifically in BASIS/Infra modules.
- At least 5-7 years in senior management or Director roles leading high-performing teams.
- Strong technical expertise in SAP BASIS/Infra; experience with S/4HANA is highly desirable.
- Work Experience Required: Extensive (15+ years) including leadership in SAP BASIS and infrastructure management.
