About This Role
- Own end-to-end execution of training delivery programs including campus and corporate engagements, placement training tracks, and global certification programs.
- Ensure programs run on schedule, within scope, and meet quality standards from kickoff to completion.
- Coordinate trainers and internal teams, manage stakeholder communications, track compliance, handle risks, maintain reports, and suggest process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Any degree qualification.
- 2+ years of experience in program/project management, training operations, or client delivery roles.
- Strong Excel and reporting/dashboarding skills.
- Workplace requirement: On-site in Bhopal.

- Experienced in managing multiple concurrent training programs with full ownership of schedule, scope, and quality.
- Skilled in stakeholder management with ability to communicate directly with clients and escalate issues proactively.
- Competent in risk identification and resolution within structured processes and improvement frameworks.
