About This Role
- Manage and maintain Grafana dashboards, alerts, and configurations to ensure reliable observability across cloud and application environments.
- Use Terraform for Infrastructure as Code to manage observability infrastructure and configurations.
- Develop Python automation scripts to reduce manual operational workload and support monitoring and incident investigation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4–7 years of experience in Observability, SRE, DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with Grafana (dashboard creation, alert configuration, administration), Terraform, and Python scripting/automation.
- Working knowledge of Linux and cloud environments such as AWS or GCP; experience troubleshooting production environments and collaborating with engineering teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in maintaining and improving observability and alerting solutions in production-grade cloud or hybrid environments.
- Proficient with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and automation to enhance operational reliability and reduce manual interventions.
- Skilled at cross-team collaboration including Engineering, SRE, DevOps, and Platform teams to ensure comprehensive monitoring and proactive incident management.
