About This Role
- Contribute to development and enhancement of application systems focusing on backend Java programming and related technologies.
- Analyze applications for vulnerabilities and security issues, perform testing and debugging, and recommend solutions to users and stakeholders.
- Act as a technical advisor or coach to junior analysts and act as SME to senior stakeholders, ensuring risk assessments and policy compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience including backend Java and related technologies (Pro*C, Oracle, SQL, DevOps tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc).
- 2-5 years of experience in the Financial Services industry.
- Intermediate level experience in Applications Development role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in software engineering and architecture with full-stack and data expertise, capable of handling complex development tasks.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills with ability to deliver solutions quickly and under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, able to clearly document and articulate technical and functional specifications.
