About This Role
- Lead global solution validation and end-to-end customer workflow testing to ensure product readiness in real-world, complex enterprise environments.
- Define and execute strategy for validating integrated customer solutions spanning product engineering, cloud services, partners, hyperscalers, and enterprise applications across hybrid cloud environments.
- Build and scale a Solution Test Engineering organization focusing on use cases like deployment, interoperability, upgradeability, scalability, resiliency, and business continuity outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- 15+ years in software, quality, solution, systems engineering, or platform validation with 5+ years managing large engineering teams.
- Proven experience building and leading Solution Test Engineering or similar organizations in enterprise storage, backup, cybersecurity, cloud, or data management domains.
- Experience validating solutions across hybrid cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.

- Strategic leader with track record in scaling end-to-end solution validation and customer workflow testing organizations.
- Domain expertise in enterprise storage, data protection, cyber resilience, cloud infrastructure, and SaaS platforms.
- Experienced in driving automation-first testing, cross-functional collaboration with Product and Executive teams, and managing global distributed engineering teams.
