About This Role
- Maintain, support, and improve enterprise workplace technology services focused on distributed printing, scanning solutions, and collaboration tools.
- Operate within an Agile delivery model to ensure secure, reliable, and user-centric technology operations.
- Collaborate closely with vendors, stakeholders, and IT support teams to deliver workplace infrastructure services.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years supporting digital workplace technologies, end-user computing, or workplace infrastructure services.
- Proven experience supporting enterprise printing, scanning, and multifunction device environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and workplace collaboration technologies.
- Experience working with IT Service Management platforms, specifically ServiceNow; experience in Agile environments and ceremonies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing digital workplace environments focusing on enterprise printing, scanning, and collaboration technology.
- Comfortable working within Agile frameworks and collaborating across teams including vendors and IT support.
- Familiar with Microsoft Azure and endpoint management through Microsoft Intune (preferred but not mandatory).
