About This Role
- Serve as primary contact for Limited Partners (LPs), General Partners (GPs), and Investor Relations, managing complex queries and bespoke reporting.
- Lead audit coordination and ensure accurate fund accounting and regulatory compliance under US GAAP/IFRS.
- Manage and mentor a technical team, drive process improvements, and enhance investor reporting through system optimizations.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in private equity fund accounting or alternatives with strong client-facing exposure.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting/finance; CPA or ACA certification preferred.
- Proficient in US GAAP/IFRS, waterfall mechanics, carried interest, and private equity accounting platforms such as Investran, eFront, or Allvue.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years in private equity fund accounting or alternatives.
