About This Role
- Own governance of Identity and Access Management projects ensuring compliance with Information Security Policies for timely and quality service delivery.
- Create, review, and sign off Standard Operating Procedures and provide training on IAM processes.
- Lead process improvements, audit adherence, team coordination, and issue escalation to maintain risk-free, controlled operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of Identity Administration experience with 4-6 years overall work experience.
- Graduate degree with good academic records.
- Knowledge of Identity Administration, Governance & Compliance, and Information Security concepts.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment; ITIL V3 Foundation or ISO 27001 LA certification preferred but not mandatory.

- Experienced in leading IAM governance with strong process ownership and ability to drive end-to-end process improvements.
- Capable of coordinating and motivating teams in a diverse, fast-paced, and global environment.
- Analytical mindset with risk awareness and ability to responsibly utilize AI tools for productivity and workflow optimization.
