About This Role
- Generate and manage accurate data to drive reports and support coding and report creation processes throughout all phases.
- Ensure high-quality coding analysis production meeting strict delivery timelines by tracking performance and enforcing standards.
- Provide oversight and guidance to junior coding teams, manage content searches and task prioritization, troubleshoot data issues, and assist in charting and report production as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of experience in coding, query writing, and data analysis with strong professional writing and reporting skills.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
- Experience in managing data exports, performing data checks, and understanding project coding structures.
- Work Experience Required: 3-5 years in relevant coding, query writing, and analysis roles.

- Experienced in handling end-to-end data processes and report generation in a data-driven environment.
- Capable of overseeing junior teams and improving coding quality and performance consistently.
- Able to troubleshoot data flow issues and communicate effectively with management to prioritize and manage workflows.
