Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field by summer 2027, or equivalent experience.
- No more than 18 months professional experience (excluding internships).
- Experience with programming via coursework, side projects, or internships in languages like Java, Ruby, JavaScript, Scala, or Go.
- Clear written communication skills and ability to learn and explain complex systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable solving ambiguous, novel problems with a rigorous and curious mindset.
- Has experience contributing to multi-person coding projects and possibly leading small projects.
- Able to work independently with high agency, knowing when to seek help and how to manage complex codebases.
