About This Role

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of software development experience with relevant technologies (e.g., Java, C#, Python, Go, cloud platforms).
- 3+ years in a leadership or management role overseeing software engineering teams.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years software development, 3+ years leadership
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in delivering complex software projects from conception to production with strong understanding of software design patterns and scalable system design.
- Proficient with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiar with distributed systems, microservices, cloud-native development.
- Demonstrates ability to balance technical expertise with effective people management and strategic leadership.
