About This Role
- Lead design, development, testing, deployment, operation, and maintenance of complex software systems for UKG's flagship products.
- Manage feature and project execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
- Participate in architectural design, code reviews, testing automation, and maintaining service health and quality in a DevOps environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of professional software development experience.
- Deep expertise in one or more programming languages such as C++, C#, .NET, Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Proficiency with version control (GitHub), bug/issue tracking (JIRA), and understanding of cloud technologies and DevOps principles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing end-to-end software delivery in a DevOps model, collaborating with product management and cross-functional teams.
- Technical leadership with strong coding, architecture design, testing automation, and code review skills, ensuring scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Expertise in cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines with ability to maintain service health and conduct root cause analyses.
