About This Role
- Own and enhance the Microsoft modern workplace stack for endpoints, focusing on Intune, Windows Autopilot, Entra ID, Conditional Access, endpoint security, app deployment, and patch management.
- Build and automate a secure, scalable, and low-touch endpoint platform for Windows and macOS devices, improving compliance, patch posture, and security while minimizing user friction.
- Lead endpoint-related projects end-to-end, including design, pilot, rollout, documentation, and operational handover, and act as L3 escalation for complex issues.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience in enterprise IT, Microsoft 365, endpoint/security or related infrastructure disciplines.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune administration, Windows Autopilot implementation and troubleshooting, Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and PowerShell scripting.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
- Experience owning production systems and resolving complex technical problems with distributed/global stakeholder coordination.

- Experienced in independently owning large-scale modern workplace endpoint infrastructure with proficiency in Intune/Autopilot and endpoint security stack.
- Capable of delivering automation through PowerShell and Microsoft Graph to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
- Demonstrates fast learnability and adaptability to evolving technology, with willingness to expand skills into adjacent areas like macOS management, EPM, and identity administration.
