About This Role
- Lead and deliver moderately complex technical initiatives, including design, development, testing, debugging, and documentation within Microsoft technology stacks.
- Support and resolve issues across multiple environments (Production, QA, UAT) including deployment activities and defect resolution.
- Act as project lead and escalation point, providing guidance to junior staff and collaborating with peers to meet client needs and contribute to strategic technology planning.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience, demonstrated via work, training, military experience, or education.
- Proficient in .NET technologies including C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core/.NET 6+, with strong experience in RESTful API and microservices design and development.
- Experience with front-end web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced working with Microsoft technology stack, including .NET Core, SQL Server, ORM frameworks, API development, and deployment tools like Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
- Strong background in full SDLC processes using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including debugging, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and multi-environment application management.
- Suitable candidate will have experience leading moderately complex projects with ability to manage competing priorities and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
