About This Role
- Handle incidents and changes in network and distributed environments to ensure timely service delivery.
- Provide Tier I and Tier II technical support for global technology infrastructure, including troubleshooting and incident management.
- Collaborate with management and cross-regional teams to execute processes, support operational goals, and propose process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of Technical Operations/Support experience required.
- Mandatory network technical knowledge at CCNA level with expertise in Enterprise Switching and Routing Troubleshooting.
- Distributed knowledge related to servers is required; understanding multilayer environment is helpful.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred, not explicitly required.
