About This Role
- Lead code contributions and deliver sprint goals within an Agile team environment.
- Design, develop, and document enterprise-level Java applications using modern technologies and design patterns.
- Oversee team resources and planning while ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies to safeguard assets and reputation.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Mongo, SQL.
- Strong knowledge of Java data structures, object-oriented principles, and software engineering best practices.
- Experience building scalable, highly available, low latency backend applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to lead and influence an Agile development team and manage strategic technology delivery partnerships.
- Experience with cloud-native development and container orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift is preferred.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, event-driven architectures, API management, and monitoring tools increases competitiveness.
