About This Role
- Lead application migration and modernization projects, including architecture, design, and deployment of applications.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and document functional and nonfunctional requirements using Business Analysis methodologies.
- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to select, customize, and implement application solutions ensuring compatibility, cost, and quality targets are met.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in application development, deployment, migration, and modernization.
- Strong technical skills across BI, database principles, programming fundamentals, SQL, hardware/software, operating systems, and networking.
- Proficient in Agile methods, service architecture, enterprise cloud integration, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in relevant technical roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in application modernization and migration with knowledge of middleware, data, and application architecture.
- Ability to influence and build relationships with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with SaaS implementations (e.g., Oracle E-Business Suite, NetSuite), application modernization tools (e.g., CAST), and DevSecOps processes is advantageous.
