About This Role
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise cloud applications on AWS.
- Own technical direction including solution design, code quality, system performance, and implement DevSecOps practices ensuring engineering accountability and customer feedback integration.
- Deliver key components hands-on while orchestrating team efforts; work closely with Principal and Chief Engineers to create and execute architectures involving distributed systems and microservices.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in designing, architecting, and developing scalable enterprise platforms and applications.
- Proficient with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, DynamoDB (DDB), S3; hands-on experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) pipelines.
- Proficient in at least one tech stack: TypeScript/Node.js or C#/.Net.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong hands-on engineering manager with experience leading teams building cloud-native scalable platforms using AWS technologies.
- Demonstrated ability in architecting resilient, available, and responsive distributed microservices and APIs within complex enterprise environments.
- Experience integrating AI-assisted features and workflow platforms, preferably with background in financial services or regulated environments.
