About This Role
- Analyze business requirements and design service processes in SAP S/4HANA.
- Configure and support service-related functionalities including service orders, confirmations, contracts, and installed base management.
- Integrate and coordinate service processes with SAP modules such as C4C, FSM, SD, MM, and finance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or relevant professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP Service processes, ideally in S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of service lifecycle management and related business processes.
- Experience with integration into logistics and finance modules.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced consultant able to handle end-to-end SAP service process design and implementation.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps and integration with SAP C4C and FSM is advantageous.
- Capable of identifying process improvements and automation opportunities within SAP service modules.
