About This Role
- Implement Q2's ebanking solutions aligning with customer business requirements and expectations.
- Design and execute project plans, direct resources, and track status to ensure timely project completion.
- Train and educate clients on product features and configuration options throughout the implementation process.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher with minimum 5 years related experience (or advanced degree with 3+ years or equivalent).
- Exposure to Project Management Methodologies (PMP or PMI preferred).
- Familiarity with enterprise software deployment, project documentation (Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint), and client expectation management.
- Ability to travel up to 15% to client sites.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in financial services or enterprise software deployment environments.
- Skilled in multi-faceted software project leadership including risk assessment and mitigation.
- Strong communicator able to bridge technical and business teams with a client-first attitude.
