About This Role
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for Integrated Facility Management (IFM) operations including vendor sourcing, purchase order processing, and coordination with site teams.
- Negotiate with suppliers and support commercial contract renewals to ensure timely availability of materials and services within approved budgets.
- Maintain procurement records, track delivery schedules, prepare MIS reports, and support cost optimization and compliance with procurement policies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-5 years of procurement experience, preferably in IFM, facilities management, real estate, or related industries.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and commercial documentation.
- Work Experience Required: 2-5 years in procurement; Location: On-site Bengaluru, KA.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in procurement within IFM or facilities management environments with exposure to vendor management and contract handling.
- Comfortable coordinating across multiple internal and external stakeholders including finance, site teams, and vendors, and working with ERP/procurement systems.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills for cost control, spend analysis, and procurement reporting to drive efficiency and compliance.
