About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance React-based web trade management applications used globally across FIC business units.
- Own front-end solution design, reusable component development, integration with RESTful APIs, and delivery of production-quality code using React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot, modernize legacy apps, and ensure application performance and maintainability.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years in software development with strong front-end/web application experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.
- Experience with REST API integration, front-end testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library), and modern CI/CD tooling.
- Work Location: Pune, India; Work Experience Required: 8+ years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced front-end engineer with proven ownership of complex React applications in financial trading domains or similarly complex business environments.
- Strong in modern React development patterns, front-end architecture, and integration with enterprise services in Agile settings.
- Demonstrates ability to use AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity and optimize workflows in solving business problems.
