About This Role
- Own and configure access certification and review programs within SailPoint Identity Security Cloud focusing on entitlement governance and audit readiness.
- Translate governance policies and regulatory requirements into scalable certification programs including designing integrations and automation workflows.
- Ensure certification accuracy, control effectiveness, and auditability while maintaining documentation and collaborating with business and audit stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MCA, or MSc required.
- 12+ years IT experience including Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) or IAM.
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, specifically access certifications and reviews.
- Experience with SailPoint integrations (connector, API, file, database), scripting/automation (REST APIs, PowerShell), and ability to support audit processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong technical leadership with experience in large, complex or regulated environments implementing identity governance programs.
- Expertise in entitlement modeling, role-based access control, and identity correlation to support risk-based certification design.
- Ability to communicate complex certification logic and audit evidence to compliance and business stakeholders effectively.
