About This Role
- Own end-to-end solution design for IT change programs aligning with client IT strategy across technology, security, availability, and performance.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to solution architects and technology stakeholders, ensuring quality and strategic alignment of architecture.
- Perform early assessment of IT initiatives to guide investment decisions and delivery planning, ensuring integrity of end-to-end solutions including transition states.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in solution architecture or related roles.
- Engineering graduate or graduate with relevant experience.
- Strong technical expertise including design and architecture skills with experience in agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience in AWS cloud technologies is desirable but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading and providing technical direction in large-scale IT transformations within financial or related sectors.
- Able to balance long-term strategic architecture goals with immediate project delivery needs.
- Skilled at stakeholder and relationship management with the ability to influence technical and business teams.
