About This Role
- Own end-to-end business requirements and data analysis for healthcare payer use cases, translating client needs into precise, testable data requirements and designs.
- Use advanced SQL and data profiling daily to validate data quality, reconcile outputs, and prototype data transformations for development teams.
- Act as primary client-facing analyst for your use cases, presenting findings and managing requirements-to-delivery traceability while identifying opportunities for reuse and cross-client system impacts.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience working with US healthcare data and payer domain (Medicare, Medicaid, or Commercial).
- Strong hands-on SQL skills including complex joins, window functions, and data profiling across large datasets.
- Location: Onsite in Pune; Standard working hours: 9 hours per day, 5 days a week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in healthcare payer analytics with robust understanding of claims, provider, enrollment, and authorization concepts to reason business context across multiple client engagements.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, multi-use case environments with a systems thinking approach to enable scalable, reusable data designs across states and clients.
- Strong client-facing communication skills capable of leading discovery and presenting complex data findings clearly to diverse stakeholder groups.
