About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of Business and Data Analysts responsible for healthcare administration software and data, ensuring high-quality requirements and design documentation for client implementations.
- Oversee consulting engagements focused on improving client operational performance and identifying complementary solutions, applying deep domain expertise in healthcare claims, provider management, benefits, eligibility, and contract management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Solution Managers, Architects, Product, QA, and Program Management to ensure clear requirements hand-offs, successful delivery, and continuous process improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 8+ years of experience working with Healthcare Administration software and associated data sets.
- Experience leading or managing analysts or similar roles.
- Proficiency with SQL and data platforms such as Databricks and/or Snowflake.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in healthcare domain-focused data analysis and requirements gathering with a track record of managing and developing analyst teams delivering client-facing solutions.
- Capable of operating in a hybrid work model based in Pune, communicating effectively across technical and non-technical teams, including distributed and offshore teams.
- Detail-oriented project organizer skilled at balancing shifting priorities, ensuring on-time delivery, and driving process improvements in client-focused environments.
