About This Role
- Own the UX/CX for complex digital products or initiatives from concept to successful implementation with measurable impact on user satisfaction and business value.
- Integrate UI design closely into development, applying human-centered design and advanced frontend engineering with React.js and system integration with Python FastAPI.
- Lead stakeholder management, resolving complex UX challenges pragmatically, and mentor junior designers to elevate team capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of React.js frontend development experience with advanced JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API).
- Proven experience leading UX/CX on complex projects and managing stakeholder expectations through delivery lifecycle.
- Expertise in integrating React frontends with Python FastAPI via RESTful APIs and managing Docker containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
- Work Experience Required: 5 to 7 years in frontend engineering and UX leadership.

- Experienced UX leader capable of driving product strategy and navigating complex, ambiguous UX/UI problems within regulated, cross-functional environments.
- Strong technical orientation with hands-on skills in frontend engineering (React.js), system integration, and cloud-based DevOps tooling (AWS, Docker, CI/CD).
- Effective stakeholder communicator and mentor who shapes UX best practices and fosters UX community development in strategic product areas.
