About This Role
- Lead and develop a new engineering team focused on advancing the Integration Platform, including scalable and reliable integration solutions.
- Own engineering planning, delivery, and architectural decisions to enhance platform scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Drive automation, AI-assisted development lifecycle adoption, and measures tracking to improve integration turnaround time and engineering productivity.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
- At least 12 years of combined software development and engineering leadership experience, including managing engineering teams.
- Strong technical background in Java and experience with scalable enterprise software design and operation.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and familiarity with AI-assisted software development and automation.

- Technically skilled in guiding architectural decisions and managing complex integrations involving protocols like HL7, APIs, SFTP, and VPN.
