About This Role
- Own the strategic vision and roadmap for Supply Chain data products focusing on business outcomes and metrics.
- Manage product budget, set quarterly OKRs, and lead product discovery with stakeholders to validate concepts before engineering.
- Build, coach, and mentor a product management team, enhancing performance and removing execution barriers across multiple teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of product management or equivalent domain experience, preferably in data products or supply chain products.
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with technology and ability to communicate effectively between business and technology teams.
- Expertise in agile environments including user stories, scrum, and iterative development.
