About This Role
- Provide daily functional support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion Cloud Revenue Management and related Finance modules, focusing on post-implementation support and compliance.
- Manage incident resolution, system configuration updates, enhancements, and continuous process improvements aligned with corporate revenue recognition standards (e.g., ASC 606/IF).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate financial close, revenue recognition cycles, testing of new releases, and support audits and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years functional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance, specifically Revenue Management (RMCS).
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606/IF) and experience with cloud finance incident and change management.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years; Location: Chennai / Hyderabad / Pune / Gurgaon / Bangalore; Shift: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.

- Experienced in handling global financial operations support with strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
- Familiar with integration across Revenue, Billing, AR modules and compliance frameworks including audits and change management.
- Operates effectively in cross-functional and remote teams supporting system enhancements, testing, and user training in Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance environment.
