About This Role
- Own gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements for Bancassurance application enhancements.
- Prepare BRD, FRS, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria; support UAT planning and defect triage.
- Analyze insurance onboarding journeys and recommend process improvements while ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in Banking, Insurance, or Bancassurance domain.
- Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum projects.
- Knowledge of Life Insurance and General Insurance processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex stakeholder communications across business users, insurance partners, operations, and IT teams.
- Capable of supporting end-to-end testing activities including Functional Testing, SIT, Regression, and UAT.
- Strong domain understanding of Bancassurance, policy sourcing, and customer onboarding processes in insurance and banking distribution channels.
