About This Role
- Own end-to-end SAP Order to Cash (OTC) process improvements including requirements gathering, configuration, and software solution implementation.
- Manage SAP-based projects throughout their lifecycle ensuring integration with FI, MM, and other modules, applying ISI’s agile Project Management Methodology.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders and IT to deliver business system enhancements and facilitate organizational change management.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years experience supporting Order Management and Customer Service business functions.
- Strong expertise in SAP SD module with cross functional integration knowledge of FI and MM, including sales, pricing, shipping, billing, and returns processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
- On-site presence required in Bangalore, India for 3 days a week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep familiarity with SAP S4 HANA platform is preferred, with additional experience in intercompany, revenue recognition, BRIM, and GTS considered a plus.
- Experience working autonomously managing projects and collaborating with senior management and consultants in an IT or medical device environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead SAP OTC design and solution delivery, influencing diverse stakeholders and driving process maturity initiatives.
