About This Role
- Own understanding and analysis of client business processes and day-to-day operations as the main point of contact.
- Serve as liaison between business users, IT consulting, and support teams to drive customer requirements and project implementation lifecycle.
- Execute test scenarios and documentation to ensure alignment with business needs and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Less than 3 years experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent role.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to link business processes to technical solutions.
- Experience or exposure to ERP systems, preferably SAP, and software implementation lifecycles.
- Comfortable in client-facing, fast-paced environments requiring multi-tasking and effective communication.
