About This Role
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Order Management System (OMS) solutions, including enhancing and supporting OMS platforms.
- Manage workstreams, coordinate project delivery milestones, risks, and governance to ensure timely, quality outcomes in OMS projects.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and technical teams to resolve issues, manage integrations, and drive process improvements in the order lifecycle across omnichannel retail.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–9 years of experience in IT consulting, retail technology, supply chain, or enterprise application delivery.
- Strong functional expertise in OMS platforms such as Manhattan OMS, IBM Sterling OMS or equivalent.
- Experience in OMS implementations, configurations, enhancements, production support, and integration with ERP, WMS, POS, and e-commerce systems.
- Work Experience Required: 6–9 years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in functional design and solution delivery in Order Management Systems within omnichannel retail environments.
- Has handled end-to-end project delivery within large consulting firms, preferably Big 4, indicating ability to manage client interactions and governance.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams, mentoring juniors, and managing complex integrations and production issues in enterprise-scale OMS deployments.
