About This Role
- Own day-to-day execution of enterprise Identity & Access Management operations including user provisioning, access approvals, privileged access administration, and identity lifecycle management.
- Support access governance compliance activities such as access certifications, SoD reviews, audits, and remediation.
- Perform administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of IAM platforms (IGA, PAM, AD/Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, MFA) and work on IAM process improvements and automation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7+ years experience in Identity & Access Management, Information Security, or Cybersecurity.
- Ability to work 5 days/week onsite at Whitefield PSN Office, Bangalore, with US shift timing (06:00 PM to 03:00 AM IST).
- Strong expertise in Identity Governance & Administration, RBAC, PAM, Active Directory/Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, MFA, federation services, and enterprise IAM operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing IAM operations and governance in large global enterprise environments with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Skilled in IAM platform administration, including integration, system upgrades, and workflow enhancements.
- Familiar with audit, risk, compliance initiatives, IAM automation, and holds related certifications like SC-300, CISM, or vendor-specific credentials (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta).
