Minimum Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional software engineering experience, primarily backend development.
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or a similar backend language.
- Experience with REST APIs, relational databases, cloud-native applications, and distributed systems.
- Work Experience Required: 1–2 years professional software engineering experience (backend focused).

- Comfortable working with cloud-native systems, Kubernetes, containers, and automated testing.
- Demonstrates strong debugging, problem-solving skills, and ownership of end-to-end software delivery.
- Experienced with AI-assisted development tools and able to validate and own resultant code quality and functionality.
