About This Role
- Lead SAP S/4HANA ABAP & Fiori development strategy, solution design, and ensure quality and efficiency in implementation.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to SAP best practices.
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into SAP ABAP RICEFW solutions and develop/support SAP Fiori applications and integrations.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 15 years total experience in SAP ABAP development with at least 5 years in a lead role on S/4HANA projects.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented ABAP, Enhancement Framework, BAPIs, BADIs, Smart Forms, Workflows, debugging, and OData services for Fiori.
- Experience with S/4HANA ABAP best practices including Code Push Down Techniques, CDS Views, AMDP, performance tuning, and knowledge of IDEs like Eclipse or Business Application Studio.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader with demonstrated ability to manage teams and coordinate with implementation partners and business users in SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise in both SAP ABAP backend and SAP Fiori frontend development including integration points such as ALE/IDoc, RFC, BAPI.
- Competent in resource allocation, timeline management, and driving adoption of SAP best practices and advanced development techniques in complex enterprise landscapes.
