About This Role
- Define, analyze, and manage customer and stakeholder requirements for advanced ADAS and automotive systems using Polarion.
- Develop functional architectures, use cases, and system specifications to support ADAS product development.
- Support system integration, verification, and validation activities ensuring robust communication over CAN, Ethernet, and diagnostics protocols.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related engineering discipline.
- 7–12 years of experience in Automotive Systems Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Polarion or DOORS requirements management tools.
- Strong knowledge of ADAS, CAN, Ethernet, UDS Diagnostics, and automotive communication networks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing end-to-end systems engineering processes in automotive ADAS domain with exposure to system architecture and functional analysis.
- Familiar with automotive standards and processes including ASPICE and requirements engineering best practices.
- Capable of collaborating effectively across software, hardware, validation, and customer teams throughout product development lifecycle.
