About This Role
- Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise SaaS products within Salesforce's Industries team.
- Analyze user needs, market trends, and product data to drive product success and innovation.
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to build and ship multiple product releases and evangelize product vision to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 0-24 months work experience, ideally with enterprise SaaS product development.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- 2027 Graduate with an IIM PGP qualification mandatory.
- Experience with Agile methodology, API usage, and familiarity with AI coding assistants or agentic tools (e.g., Gemini, Cursor).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrates strong product management skills working in interdependent PM teams on enterprise-scale SaaS products.
- Experience critically using and reviewing outputs from large language model coding assistants to guide AI-enabled product development.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment matched with startup culture elements within a large enterprise.
