About This Role
- Engineer, deploy, and support M365 environments focusing on performance, security, and compliance.
- Lead lifecycle management and provide Level 3 technical support for complex M365 environments including Brightsign digital signage ownership.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell automation scripts; implement modern device management and Zero Trust security initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field.
- 5+ years experience in Windows desktop engineering, endpoint management, and virtual desktop environments.
- Expertise in M365 administration including Microsoft Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Group Policy administration.
- Work location: Chennai, India (based there); Certification (Microsoft Certified Endpoint Administrator Associate, Azure Virtual Desktop) preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows 365 Cloud PCs, and modern enterprise endpoint management.
- Skilled in Citrix Cloud technologies including Citrix Studio, Machine Creation Services, ADC, and virtualization troubleshooting.
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting and knowledgeable about Zero Trust security frameworks and endpoint compliance best practices.
