About This Role
- Engineer, deploy, and support Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring performance, security, and compliance.
- Lead lifecycle management of M365 environments and develop PowerShell automation scripts for operational tasks.
- Provide Level 3 technical support for complex M365 issues, own Brightsign digital signage product, and mentor junior team members.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Windows desktop engineering, endpoint management, and virtual desktop environments.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 administration, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years. Location: Chennai, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Windows 365 Cloud PCs, and modern endpoint management at enterprise scale.
- Experienced with Citrix Cloud, Citrix Studio, virtual desktop deployment, administration, and troubleshooting.
- Advanced PowerShell automation skills combined with knowledge of Zero Trust security, endpoint security, and compliance best practices.
