About This Role
- Lead and govern a portfolio of critical cybersecurity projects to protect GSK’s information and digital assets, ensuring strategic alignment and effective investment prioritisation.
- Own end-to-end project delivery capabilities including roadmap, standards, performance management, and continuous improvement across cybersecurity initiatives.
- Manage cross-functional teams, resources, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications to deliver measurable business value and maintain alignment with organizational priorities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field; equivalent relevant experience acceptable.
- 20+ years of experience with at least 10 years in leadership roles managing project/portfolio delivery in technology, including managing technology delivery teams.
- Substantial cybersecurity experience capable of understanding technical requirements, delivery outcomes, and security risks.
- Experience delivering complex technology solutions globally within regulated industries; expertise in portfolio governance, risk management, and financial management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior leader with demonstrated success managing large, globally distributed technology and cybersecurity project portfolios in regulated environments.
- Experienced in combining agile and rigorous project management methodologies and embedding Agile Product Management practices.
- Proficient in influencing senior stakeholders within complex matrixed organizations, managing budgets, supplier relationships, and developing high-performing teams.
