About This Role
- Lead the Cyber Security Service Assurance team managing financial, commercial, reporting, and process-assurance activities across the Cyber Security Office (CSO).
- Own governance and integrity of budgets, forecasts, operational budgets, and management reporting to provide timely, decision-ready insights to leadership.
- Drive supplier performance management, service-level measurement, continuous improvement, and represent Service Assurance in senior governance and cross-functional forums.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business, Technology or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 18+ years of substantial experience in portfolio management, service assurance, financial or commercial management, or comparable leadership role.
- Proven experience leading analysts or multi-disciplinary teams and managing complex budgets, forecasts, financial controls, and supplier contracts.
- Strong knowledge or significant experience working within a Cyber Security Office or similar controlled technology function.

- Strategic operator capable of translating complex financial, contract, and performance data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
