About This Role
- Lead squads responsible for implementing enhancements and fixes for Finacle, Document Management, IVR, Robotics, Debit Card Management, and related satellite applications.
- Guide Product Owners in reviewing and analyzing requirements and functional specifications to ensure quality and timely delivery of platform service changes.
- Conduct business functional analysis to design business solutions in complex project environments, including identifying requirements, designing target state processes, and executing solution roadmaps.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, change management, or consulting support in financial services.
- Basic knowledge of business analysis tools and understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies; certifications like PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma are plus but not mandatory.
- Business-fluent English required; business-fluent German is a plus but not mandatory.
