About This Role
- Lead day-to-day operations for the Delhi creative production hub managing multiple shifts and concurrent workstreams.
- Develop and maintain regional capacity plans, oversee end-to-end creative lifecycle including intake, prioritization, resource allocation, QA, and delivery.
- Partner with US leadership and client stakeholders, ensuring operational alignment and acting as key escalation point for senior clients.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10+ years in creative operations, production management, or program management in agency, media, or in-house creative settings.
- Experience managing multi-shift creative production hubs and mentoring mid-level producers/project managers.
- Fluency in English and strong client-facing communication skills with senior stakeholders.
- Availability for flexible schedule covering early mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, including planned weekend and holiday rotations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing, scaling, and maintaining operational processes and QA standards across distributed teams in high-tempo environments.
- Skilled in capacity planning, resource forecasting, and workflow management tools like Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Airtable.
- Has active interest or experience in integrating AI tools, automation, and workflow innovation into creative production.
