About This Role
- Lead day-to-day operations of a multi-shift creative production hub in Delhi, managing intake, prioritization, resource allocation, quality assurance, and delivery.
- Build and maintain capacity plans balancing demand, shift coverage, and project timelines while mentoring producers and project managers.
- Serve as key regional contact for US leadership and clients, translating business priorities into operational roadmaps and tracking operational health metrics to optimize workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10+ years experience in creative operations, production management, or program management within agencies, media companies, or in-house creative teams.
- Experience managing multi-shift creative production teams and mentoring mid-level producers/project managers.
- Fluency in English with strong client-facing communication, including advising senior stakeholders.
- Flexibility for 24/7 global shift coverage, including scheduled weekend and holiday leadership rotations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced operational leader capable of designing and scaling standardized operating procedures and scalable frameworks in high-tempo, ambiguous environments.
- Skilled in capacity planning and resource forecasting using tools like Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Airtable.
- Familiarity or active interest in integrating AI tools, automation, and workflow innovation into creative production workflows.
