About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of Senior Recruitment Consultants focused on healthcare and nursing talent sourcing, pipeline management, candidate engagement, and compliance.
- Oversee performance management including goal setting, monitoring, coaching, and conducting regular performance reviews to ensure recruitment targets and SLAs are met.
- Manage client relationships and internal collaboration (e.g. with marketing, compliance, payroll) to ensure efficient recruitment operations and alignment with healthcare industry standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience in healthcare or nursing recruitment within a recruitment agency, including prior leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and market trends relevant to nursing recruitment.
- Location requirement: On-site in Noida, India with shift timings 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday).
- Proficiency with recruitment software and CRM systems.
