About This Role
- Design and architect scalable ServiceNow GRC/IRM and TPRM solutions aligned with business, risk, compliance, and security needs.
- Provide technical leadership including guiding developers, reviewing design and configurations, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Manage integrations of ServiceNow with external enterprise applications and support deployment and post-implementation enhancements.
Minimum Requirements
- 10–12 years total and relevant experience in ServiceNow with strong technical architecture in GRC/TPRM.
- Mandatory certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist GRC (CIS-GRC).
- Must be based in India and able to work fully remote.
- Background verification (BGV) is mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise-scale ServiceNow GRC and Third-Party Risk Management implementations with deep knowledge of risk assessment, control management, and compliance workflows.
- Technically strong in ServiceNow platform customization, scripting, automation, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST API integrations.
- Capable of working independently and providing technical leadership in a remote environment collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
